The Evaluation Process and Next Steps
With the Call for Papers now closed, the process moves “behind the scenes.” The Scientific Committee has officially assigned all submitted proposals to the Reviewing Committee for a double-blind peer review process, which will follow the schedule below:
- Review phase: February – March 2026.
- Notification of results: Information regarding acceptance will be sent via email to all authors by March 31, 2026.
