The deadline for the submission of proposals is set for 23:59 (Italian time) on 31 Jan Feb 8, 2026.

Information regarding acceptance will be communicated to authors by March 31–April 8, 2026.

The camera-ready version must be sent by Apr 22, 2026.

Once notification of acceptance has been received, mandatory registration for the Conference must be completed by April 19, 2026.
